Happy Birthday Celebrations

Make this card with any color. I used Blushing Bride with the coordinating Glimmer Paper and Baker’s Twine. But you could switch to one of the metallic or Dazzling Diamond Glimmer Papers and use absolutely any color. I show how to make a custom tassel. I made them as a child. They are not difficult.
